Service and Project Management

IPMA, IP, is involved in a wide range of national and international projects in the area of ​​research that revert to direct applications with use in operational activity, be it in the domain of the sea or the atmosphere. These projects generate fundamental income for the Institute and require efficient administrative management, accompanied by monitoring of their material, temporal and financial execution, in direct coordination with the project managers. The aim is to promote a culture of rigor, reliability and efficiency.

In the field of commercial activity, it is important to ensure good performance, both in articulation with customers within the scope of the provision of services by IPMA, IP, and in supporting the establishment of contracts and partnerships, in articulation with the technical/scientific areas.
